This white peony tea is a rare wild white tea from the high mountain of Taimu Mountain in Fuding. There is no manual interference including weeding, fertilization, etc, during tea tree growth.

Tea shape: The dry tea leaves have one bud and one or two leaves, covered with white fuzz hairs, brown-green in color, and glossy; Brewed tea leaves: the bottom of the tea leaves is shiny and soft.

Tea aroma: dry tea leaves have a delightful grain aroma. After brewing, when you open the teapot, an amazing and rich floral nectar fragrance is overflowing.
Taste Features: The tea soup is light yellow , accompanied by a sweet wood fragrance, a refreshing floral aroma. Take a sip, the light floral fragrance seems to be buried in the tea soup, and the honey flavor is long and lasting. Besides, this baimudan has a sweet lingering finish.

Brewing suggestions:
tea to water ratio 1:30
water temperature: 95℃-100℃ (203℉-212℉)
Recommended utensils: Gaiwan/Purple clay teapot
First to fourth brewing: use 95℃-100℃(203℉-212℉) water, pour water along the wall of the gaiwan at fixed points, wait for 15 seconds, and then pour out the tea soup.
After the fourth brewing: use 100°C water, pour water along the wall of the gaiwan at fixed points, wait 15 seconds, and then pour out the tea soup.
