Our Brown Ripe Tea Balls come from the ripe tea in the core production area of the Brown Mountains in Yunnan and were picked in the spring of 2019.

The orthodox ripe Pu'er tea is selected from the Menghai production area, and the Menghai ripe Pu'er tea is selected from Brown Mountain. This is the preference of ripe Pu'er tea lovers.

This Ripe Tea Ball is fermented with selected raw materials from the ancient trees of Brown Mountain. It has a mellow taste and a harmonious and rich taste.
Old tea drinkers who drink ripe Pu'er tea know that Menghai is an important place for ripe tea fermentation. It is blessed with unique climatic conditions and is bordered by major famous mountain production areas. Therefore, its superior fermentation environment and geographical location make Menghai Ripe tea plays an important role in Pu'er ripe tea, and the inner quality and mellowness of the tea from the Brown Mountains are dominant among the Menghai ripe teas. The ripe tea from the core producing area of the Brown Mountains is domineering, mellow, thick and full.

Reason for recommendation: This is a very palatable cooked tea ball. It is highly recommended as an excellent choice for daily ration tea. The mellow and full tea soup does not lose the delicate and soft feeling of cooked tea. The raw materials of Brown Mountain are fermented and not bitter. Obviously, it has good activity and throat rhyme, is smooth and comfortable, has a strong aroma and taste, but is refreshing and sweet enough. The tea soup is very thick and translucent red. After brewing, the tea leaves are clean and sweet, and the taste is not unpleasant.

The taste of typical Menghai Pu'er tea. The taste is mellow, the aroma is rich and full, the texture is soft and sweet, and the palatability is particularly good.

Storage:Store in a cool place away from sunlight. There is no specific best-before date, our tea is similar to wine, if it’s being stored appropriately, the older the tea, the more flavourful and beneficial to the body it is.

Brewing method:

5 grams per piece, add the amount of tea according to personal preference

Tea to water ratio: 1:20

Teaware selection: Recommended purple clay teapot,gaiwan or a separate teacup

Recommended water temperature: brew with boiling water,and control the steeping time.  You can also use disposable tea bags to smolder or steam it.

If you like delicate, soft and sweet, add 1 tea
If you like richness and mellowness, add 2 tea pills
