What's white tea?
White tea is one of the six Chinese major types of tea. It is a slightly fermented tea with minimal processing and undergoes only the drying process after being picked without being cut and twisted. The types of white tea vary according to different regions, tree species, and picking standards for fresh leaves.
Name of Shou Mei, Shou means longevity, and Mei means eyebrow. The name comes from its leaf shape that looks like a long-living man’s eyebrow.
Why do you choose this Shou Mei?
White tea is divided into spring tea and autumn tea. Everyone knows that the output of Shoumei is large, but most of the ones seen on the market are autumn tea. The aged tea of Spring Shoumei is as rare as the silver needle. This Shoumei is not only an aged spring-aged Shoumei but also organic white tea. The tea leaves were picked from an organic tea garden above 600 meters. Since 2016, this premium Shoumei has been properly improved, enhancing the taste and fragrance after 8 years of aging. We say: one-year white tea, three years medicine, 7 years treasure. After aging, very healthy compounds, such as flavonoids, have increased in this Shoumei white tea.

Raw material: The raw materials of this one are quite special because it is a blend of old white tea, made from tea from Guanyang Town and Sexi.
One is "If you don't drink Selenium Stream tea in your life, drinking white tea will be in vain.", one is Guanyang Town, which is also known as the "Town in the Clouds". Fuding has eight mountains with an altitude of more than 1,000 meters. Guanyang Town accounts for four of them. It can be said that "good tea comes from high mountains and clouds". The characteristics of the tea here are natural and pure "sweetness", as sweet as ice and snow. Compared with the sweetness and freshness of Guanyang in spring, the overall taste of Xi It is thick and mellow. When the two are combined, it produces the effect of 1+1>2, which does not cover up each other's characteristics but also complements each other.
Therefore, our ecological Shou Mei is born with a fruity and orchid flavor. At the same time, due to the pure raw materials, the aroma of the tea soup is very transparent and clean, and it is unforgettable after one sip.
