This small tea cake is made from 8-years-old tangerine peel and 8-years-old pu'erh Shou tea(ripe puer tea), blended in a golden ratio.

This tangerine peel is made from red tangerines grown in Xinhui District, Guangdong Province, where the fruits are thin-skinned and rich in essential oils. As a result, the dried peel produces a more refined aroma. After 8 years of storage, the outer skin has a shiny black color and a clear texture. The longer the storage year, the darker the color. This tangerine peel is very elastic and will not rot after being cooked for a long time.

The raw material of cooked Pu'er tea is Pu'er ancient tree tea in Menghai, Yunnan, the original tea garden at high altitude, and the tea leaves are thick and flexible.

Tangerine peel ripe pu’erh tea has the characteristics of "the more it ages, the more fragrant it becomes". Feel the changes brought about by time and experience the fun of drinking old tea.

Brewing suggestion:

Can be boiled or brewed
The brewing method is to choose a purple clay pot/gaiwan or a mug elegant cup.

Direct teapot brewing

1: Take a piece of tea, put it into boiling water and simmer for 10-15 seconds to make the soup and wash the tea 1 way

2: Add the third boiling water, simmer for 30s, or 40s, 1mn it depends on your personal taste and adjust your brewing time, and then taste.  

3: Repeatedly brewing for more than 5-10 times


Boiling tea in a kettle:

put tea inside the kettle after water gets boiled. 1-5 brewing time it depends on the taste.
