This osmanthus white tea is a perfect combination of 2015 Fujian large-leaf white tea and 2023 Guangxi golden osmanthus. White tea originates from Ningde, Fujian, a high mountain production area of white tea, and golden osmanthus is produced in Guangxi Province.
The white tea originates from the large white tea in Ningde, Fujian, a mountainous white tea production area. It uses traditional sun-drying techniques without frying or kneading, which is conducive to later aging. The white tea is made from 2013 old white tea, which has been naturally transformed after 9 years of collection.
Osmanthus is the golden osmanthus grown in Guangxi. It is selected from the authentic core production areas. It has a golden color and a rich and pure aroma, which combines the aroma of osmanthus, chinese dates and tea.
Osmanthus white tea is a slightly fermented tea.
Unlike properly scented tea, this tea does not undergo any additional scenting, with the osmanthus flowers providing the only osmanthus flavour.As such the osmanthus taste and aroma is very mild and delicate, being just a light background note that nevertheless adds a different dimension to this white tea.

Brew advice:
Gaiwan brewing:Use 90℃ hot water to brew quickly, about 10 seconds, and pour out the tea soup. If you brew it for too long, the color will be very dark and the taste will be very bitter. Do not brew too much tea. If the brewing method is incorrect, the color and taste of the tea soup will be different.
A mug brewing:Place a teabag into a mug and pour 200-300ml of boiling water. Steep for 2 min & enjoy. Good for multiple brews
